Despite all the uncertainty brought by COVID-19 crisis, The Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs (EYE) programme continues its work and is looking for new participants.
Erasmus for Young Entrepreneurs is a cross-border exchange programme which gives new or aspiring entrepreneurs the chance to learn from experienced entrepreneurs running small businesses in other participating countries. The exchange of experience takes place during a stay with the experienced entrepreneur, which helps the new entrepreneur acquire the skills needed to run a startup. The host benefits from fresh perspectives on his/her business and gets the opportunity to cooperate with foreign partners or learn about new markets.
Participation is free of costs for both entrepreneurs. Thanks to a grant from the European Commission, the new entrepreneurs are entitled to financial support during their exchange.
In the current situation, EYE also has to adapt, encouraging young entrepreneurs to:
● Apply and get matched with an entrepreneur, so you will have an opportunity to take part in the experience as soon as exchanges will restart.
● Tune into the webinars, where you can learn more about the potential benefits for your enterprise, meet other entrepreneurs and come across creative ideas for your business.
● Consult with BCause Foundation - the EYE intermediate organisation in Bulgaria. Contact Penka Tsvetkova - This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
Turn the slowdown to your advantage: find inspiring entrepreneurs for exchange, write SMART applications which would surely provide you with a place in the programme, exchange knowledge, and gain some level of certainty for the future in this ever-changing environment.
